100 Day Transformation
Dan and his team of experts will make you look and feel like an athlete with our intensive body transformation package. This programme offers a 360° approach which guides you on an athletic journey with your mind, body and soul. Over the years we have worked with an eclectic mix of ambitious and hardworking clients from business leaders to cosmonaut and actors. It doesn’t matter what you do, or how fit or unfit you are, give us 100 days and we can turn you into an athlete.
Two 70 minute training sessions of training a day – Monday to Friday for 13 weeks.
Regular assessment with Dr Richard Mckenzie at the Westminster University Sports Lab.
Expertly structured and progressive programme that builds up in intensity.
Daily gourmet food delivered to your door via The Pure Package or weekly shopping and cookery lessons by Sarah Hunt or Clare Gray.
