Methodology X Fitness Class

End the weekend on a high and join is for a Methodology X workout

and receive some goodies from Whole Foods.

Combining yoga, pilates, ballet, martial arts and athletic training together with HIIT circuits, this workout will keep you on your toes.

Methodology X helps to tone your entire body, improve core strength and shape your glutes. The workout is fun and inclusive – get ready to sweat! A Dan Roberts’ in-house Methodology X Instructor will lead you through a 50-minute class that finishes with a mini meditation. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Mats will be provided; come ready to train.

Tickets cost £10 (+ booking fee) and include a goody bag full of Whole Foods treats to take home.
