Customer experiences of Methodology X

As a fashion model, with very specific body goals and travelling constantly, Methodology X has been a life saver. Unlike most programs I have tried, Methodology X sessions are quick, effective, and can be done absolutely anywhere since there is hardly any equipment needed. There is not a program I could recommend more for other females, especially for fellow models.

What sets Methodology X apart is honesty. The work out makes you push boundaries with your body. I find the Facebook group particularly useful. The trainers are very prompt in addressing my concerns with exercises. Also, we fellow ‘MethodX-ers’ constantly motivate each other. I strongly recommend this to women keen on challenging their bodies.

Methodology X is perfect for someone like me for a number of reasons. Rather than just being a fist pumping and sweaty workout there is a lot of core and balance work designed to make us understand and control our own bodies. I hated that it was so hard, but now I love it! I have become more strong and defined, I’ve lost 3cm around my thighs! And my measurements are now perfect. I really loved the Core Blaster it worked like a charm. The New York circuit was my favourite, super challenging but awesome. I give Methodology X 10 out of 10.

I’m relatively new to the whole fitness thing, so for me Methodology X was the best introduction to it. It’s easy to follow thanks to Dan’s clear and concise direction and it covers a broad range of different exercises keeping it interesting and challenging. The thing I like most about it is the fact you can do it in the comfort of your own home, as I don’t really like the gym! By the end of it I felt and saw a real significant difference, I’d highly recommend it for anyone.

Methodology X is the first workout I’ve done that has made a noticeable difference, to my body tone and shape. I am not a gym-bunny so consistently using Methodology X 3 to 4 times a week does make a difference! My arms and legs are noticeably more defined. My “saddle bags” have significantly reduced… I am also much slimmer overall.

Methodology X is a hard personal training programme with great results. I reiterate “personal” because that is exactly what it is. As you read it you feel motivated as if a trainer is there pushing you and the instructions are split with great one liners. This is what makes it so amazing, it’s a fun, inspirational and an educational read as well as getting the results you want in such a short space of time. Bonus! When your profession demands you look a certain way but involves a crazy schedule these short, intense workouts are the ideal solution. Buy!

At the mention of holistic athleticism, I was intrigued. The Methodology X saying, that ‘your body is an instrument, not an ornament’ piqued my interest. The New York circuit was high octane, full body tweaking torture! Core Blaster worked the waist well! Plus gripping the ball with the feet worked the ‘thigh gap’, but I can confirm ‘The Killer’ is my new favourite badass ballistic exercise.  This will actually deliver great glutes to those who work through the pain. I 100% recommend it.

Methodology X is the perfect workout for models. It’s often very difficult to find the time to get to the gym, especially when traveling, so a workout you can do at home but feel like you’ve been working hard at the gym is fantastic. The workouts are different everyday day which makes it exciting and fun as there is always something new. I will forever be trying to perfect those São Paulo kicks! I highly recommend Methodology X. You’ll love it.

It is way more fun and satisfying than I expected! This probably sounds unbelievable to non-users, but I get easily bored and need a clear goal and challenge. Methodology X has got variation, it’s definitely not easy but not unbearable either. I noticed I made much more visible progress than some of the ‘hard-to-keep-up’ workouts I’ve done in the past. I would give Methodology X 10 out of 10.

I’ve known and trained with Dan for about two years now. One of the reasons I train with him is because he understands how to work with my body without bulking me up, something which I am always terrified of. It is this exact skill which is at the core of Methodology X.
