Saturdays Model Class


Book ticket(s) for this Saturdays Model Class. You will need a yoga mat and a kettlebell any weight (12kg is ideal). Expect Methodology X™ exercises, Kettelbells and athletic conditioning drills on this weekly virtual class lead by Dan Roberts. All are welcome and suitable for all fitness levels, but Fashion Models that need to work on their measurements, improve posture and want to get strong without any bulking will get the most out of this 60 minute session.
