The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we at the Dan Roberts Group control, process, handle and protect your personal information while browsing or using this website, including your rights under current laws and regulations.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc. when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists.
Sensitive Data
Any sensitive data, such as medical information that you have submitted, will be destroyed within 36 months after the end of our coaching relationship with you or since you last logged in. On the 31st of December each year, or within one month of that date, all related emails and website forms will be removed and destroyed in a reasonable and safe manner.
Your Account
All online product and course customers must create an account and associated log-in credentials. You agree to provide true, accurate and current information when creating an account, and you are responsible for updating your account information as needed to ensure it remains current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in credentials, and you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible and liable for all usage and activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not. You agree to notify the Dan Roberts Group immediately if you know of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or password or any other breach of security related to your account. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, the Dan Roberts Group reserves the right to deny the creation of, suspend access to or terminate any account(s), or to remove or modify content, features, functionalities and/or services available to account holders, at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability to you.

Email Marketing
Under the GDPR, we use the lawful basis of consent for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third-party service provider of software/applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations, will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

We will not share or sell any of your data (such as your email address) to any 3rd parties unless we gain express written consent.
Cookie/Tracking Technology
This website may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Friday Progress Emails/Forms
As with all form data, all answers are treated under the strictest confidence and will never be shared, sold. We use extra secure servers as our clients and customers data safety is vital. We save all form answers for 12-24 months, then it is destroyed, and if you need a copy of your old answers, please contact us, and we’d be happy to oblige. To remove yourself from these weekly emails, please contact us or to be deleted from ALL email communication; just click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email or opt on our general policies page.
