As a thought-leader in the world of luxury fitness, holistic wellness and mind-body development Dan is often asked to share his exertise. 


Some of the organisations he has collaborated with include Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, Netflix, Schweppes, Channel 4, The Old Vic, The Shangri-La Hotel and the Indian National Tennis Team. Dan also serves as a regular judge at the annual TPP National Wellbeing Awards.

Aside from physically preparing the lead actors for Hollywood films, Dan has also served as a consultant to TV, theatre and movie production companies – helping actors with movement, stunt and fight choreography and working very closely with Producers and Directors in pre-production.  Dan has also worked behind the scenes as an exercise consultant/expert on two popular British TV shows and also serves as Brand Consultant for various Startups in the wellness industry, is a Business Mentor to numerous high-profile Celebrity Trainers and has designed gyms for Luxury Hotels, Private Clubs, Royal Palaces and Home/Garage Gyms.

Public Speaking

Dan regularly takes part in public speaking events and panel advisory work. He is most happy when asked to share his expertise on the science of coaching, high-performance living strategies, trends in the well-being industry and the mental side of fitness. Recent speaking events include: Future Fest London, Selfridges Body Talk, Be Fit London and Well To Do Global.

Dan is a regular go-to for the media regarding his health and fitness know-how. His wellness advice has appeared in over 300 USA an UK publications over the last 15 years including: The Wall Street Journal, Tatler, People, Shape, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Fitness & Performance, Flex, The Sun, The Mail, The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Evening Standard, Vogue and Channel 4.


In addition to writing the content for the Methodology X™ and NUK SOO™ workout programs; Dan has been a regular columnist for Men’s Running, London Lite, Women’s Running and Men’s Fitness publications and has written numerous articles for various online publications. His writing extends to three nationally accredited coaching courses, and he has contributed to chapters in business and self-development books, including Time Magazines 2019 Habits Book and has written the foreword to Hang Time by Gavin Watterson and Poppy’s Secret by Poppy Cross.

Charity Work

Dan currently officially supports several charities. He is the National Fitness Ambassador for two children’s charities and an exercise advisor for ABC (the eating disorder charity). He is also a regular careers development speaker for local schools via Working Knowledge charity and a volunteer Business Mentor for both Virgin Start Up and the Prince’s Trust.
