For more than three decades, Dan Roberts has been trusted by leading organisations, production companies and private clients to advise on projects where human performance, movement and wellbeing are central.

His consultancy work spans film, television, hospitality, elite sport and luxury private residences. Clients have included Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, Netflix, Channel 4, The Old Vic, Schweppes, Shangri-La Hotels, the Indian National Tennis Team and multiple Royal families.

Projects have ranged from designing private training facilities and wellness strategies to advising on casting preparation, movement, gym curation, staff recruitment and long-term performance planning.

Consultancy Fee

Subject to availability. Dan’s fees are £2,500 per day + travel and project expenses.

Charity Partners

Dan currently officially supports several charities. He is the National Fitness Ambassador for two children’s charities and an exercise advisor for ABC (the eating disorder charity). He is also a regular careers development speaker for local schools via Working Knowledge charity and a volunteer Business Mentor for both Virgin Start Up and the Prince’s Trust.

Public Speaking

Dan regularly takes part in public speaking events and panel advisory work. He is most happy when asked to share his expertise on the science of coaching, high-performance living strategies, trends in the well-being industry and the mental side of fitness. Recent speaking events include; Future Fest London, Selfridges Body Talk, Be Fit London and Well To Do.

Writing

Aside from writing all the content for NUK SOO™ and MX™, Dan has been a regular columnist for five different print publications (including a monthly column in Men’s Fitness). His writing includes the course books for two nationally accredited coaching courses, and he has contributed chapters to business and self-development books, including Time Magazine’s 2019 Habits Book. He has also written the forewords to two fitness books: Hang Time by Gavin Watterson and Poppy’s Secret by Poppy Cross.
