As a respected thought leader in the world of luxury wellbeing and mind-body development, Dan Roberts’ experience and credentials make him a sought-after expert.


Some of the organisations he has collaborated with include Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, Schweppes, Channel 4, The Old Vic, The Shangri-La Hotel and the Indian National Tennis Team. Dan also serves as a regular judge at The Pure Package’s National Wellbeing Awards.

Aside from physically preparing the lead actors for Hollywood films, Dan has also served as a consultant to TV, theatre and Movie production companies by developing choreographed fight sequences and assessing actors’ transformation potential. Dan has also worked behind the scenes as an exercise expert on two popular British TV shows.

Dan regularly takes part in public speaking events and panel advisory work. He is most happy when asked to share his expertise on the science of coaching, high-performance living strategies, trends in the well-being industry and the mental side of fitness. Dan is a regular go-to for the media regarding his health and fitness know-how. His wellness advice has appeared across numerous USA an UK publications over the years including The Wall Street Journal, Tatler, Shape, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Fitness & Performance, Flex, The Sun, The Mail, The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Evening Standard, Vogue, Men’s Radio and Channel 4.


In addition to writing the Methodology X and NUK SOO programs; Dan has worked as a columnist for Men’s Running, London Lite, Women’s Running and Men’s Fitness and has written numerous articles for various international print and online publications. His writing extends to industry-accredited coaching courses, and he has contributed to chapters in business and self-development books as well as writing the foreword to two fitness books; Hang Time by Gavin Watterson and Poppy’s Secret by Poppy Cross. Dan currently supports six UK charities. He is the National Fitness Ambassador for two children’s charities and an advisor for ABC, the eating disorder charity. He is also a regular careers development speaker for local schools via the Working Knowledge charity and a volunteer Business Mentor for both Virgin Start Up and the Prince’s Trust.
