GLIDE AWAY is a challenging 60-minute workout by Dan Roberts. It also serves as a sample day from inside the MX Home Workout Club. You will need gliding disks (or fluffy socks and a wooden floor). This fun workout burns fat, build core strength, develop tone and help you become more athletic.
