Day 13 – The Female Body

I’m known for training women to look their best and feel dramatically more body-confident, so I have loads of things to share! In this lesson, I’ll direct you to my most relevant and popular resources for women, some you have to pay for, but most are totally free.

 

Methodology X™

This is my dedicated online workout for women who want a lean and fit figure (inspired directly by the work I do helping models prepare for campaigns and bikini shoots). We offer online coaching via the MX Fashion Model Workout Club  (online workouts for £50 a month – no contract) and a fun group coaching experience through our MX classes (now available in 8 countries). We also offer a nationally accredited MX qualification (so coaches can study under me and build their own coaching business using my ‘MX’ training protocols. The Bootcamp

This is an online program for both men and women and is a 30-day intensive online challenge – I set this up in 2022 as a fun and affordable option for those of you that want to work with me. Unlike MX with her animated GIfs, I do this as follow-along videos –  and I include a lot of kettlebell and dumbbell exercises.
