Dan Roberts is a fully certified and experienced Life Coach, Stress Management specialist, NLP practitioner and world-renowned Personal Trainer. Following an assessment of your questionnaire he will use practical and psychological tools to help you find what's halting your potential. Together you will identify any negative thought patterns that may be weighing you down, alter them and create a positive mind set. You will also be taught a set of techniques and strategies that you can take away with you and use in your day-to-day life.
- Following your sessions you will receive a written overview with challenges tailored to you.
- Each week you will receive guided meditation with yoga and meditation specialist Sarah Hunt. You will learn breathing techniques or select yoga poses that you can introduce into your daily or weekly routines.
- Includes 2 x 45 minute (or one 90 minute) skype or phone call. Who you have your sessions with, will depend upon your goals.
- Upon purchase and filling out the questionnaire you will receive an initial call to introduce you to the programme, answer any initial questions and to schedule in your first session.
We recommend a minimum of 4 – 12 weeks of Life Coaching but this decision is up to you.
