The heart of NUK SOO® is a precise, detailed, easy to follow and progressive exercise regime that marries a wide range of martial arts striking skills with advanced bodyweight training drills inspired by Dan’s experience physically preparing professional fighters for fights and Hollywood Actors for action roles. Nuk Soo is a Thai slang word meaning Warrior. Dan used to live in Thailand, as full-time Muay Thai fighter. The physical transformation and life lessons he experienced while training for fights was one of the inspirations behind this unique mind & body self-development program.

Well, not complete beginners! NUK SOO® is tough, so if you have never exercised before or have joint problems, pregnant or have a heart condition, then we do NOT recommend trying this workout. As a minimum, you need to be able to jog without stopping for more than 10 minutes and do twenty body-weight squats in a row before signing up.

NUK SOO® offers three levels of difficulty to suit intermediate exercisers, advanced fitness enthusiasts and competitive athletes. NUK SOO® is very educational; each exercise is illustrated with an easy to follow animated GIF and detailed information on the benefits and tips to attain perfect and form technique. For every exercise, there are modifications, so you can do even harder, or easier versions. NUK SOO® is boredom proof!  it has been designed as a life-long resource.

In the last decade, most of Dan’s clients have been Actors & Actresses, and many hire him to prepare for action roles. Dan had his actor clients in his mind when creating this program, so yes we do have many Actors doing NUK SOO and the exploration into self, into martial arts and the results you get make it appealing to those wanting fitness program that supports their life as an Actor.  However, you don’t need to be the lead actor preparing for a big movie to train like you are!

The NUK SOO® workout is comprised of many different warrior circuits. These circuits and self-contained full body workouts have different athletic themes, but they are all comprised of a warm-up, nine exercises and a cool down.

The exercises are all bodyweight and are moves that Dan that uses with his private clientele to maximise their results in both looks and performance. They are inspired by the world of strength training, movement, athletic conditioning and martial arts.  Every exercise is explained in detail, with tempo, form, plus precise information on perfect technique. Every single exercise in NUK SOO®  also includes an easier and harder version for you to try, thus making it an extremely versatile and adaptable fitness program. We use animated GIF’s (see below) for exercises as it allows for speedy, click-free loading when following NUK SOO® on your phone. All combat related moves have a demo video to help you master the movement and hand-to-hand combat (self defense) applications.

No fitness equipment is needed for this exercise program. We want you to take control of your body in the natural way and teach you body to be its own gym. However, if you wish to practice the mixed martial arts moves showcased in the fight-application bonus videos, then please use a soft floor, wear protective clothing and be careful!

We only allow access inside the club and provide ongoing support when you’re a proper member. However, to get feel for some of the exercises and challenges, Dan created the Warrior Challenge. Upon purchase of NUK SOO®, you will be invited to join one of our NUK SOO® WhatsApp Groups to help you through your first year of the NUK SOO® membership. We run multiple groups, so there will only be only small number of fellow customers in your assigned group and Dan is always actively involved. You can ask him (and fellow customers) unlimited questions, send videos of exercises for assessment and you can talk about your diet, motivation, routine and generally just tap into Dan’s renowned wellness expertise.

Participation in the WhatsApp Group is not mandatory, only encouraged.

Accountability is often what separates good intentions and getting real tangible and results. The what app group was set up so EVERy member will have the option to get group accountability. However, For those of you that want, need and appreciate direct 1-2-1 accountability, Dan offers weekly check-ins. These are short 10 min calls that check what you’ve done and make a plan for the following week regarding food, lifestyle and exercise. They can be booked weekly or monthly in advance. dan will organise with over what app.

Yes! this can be done inside the club with a couple of clicks. Payments are done monthly from the date of purchase. Your current membership will be valid until the end of the month and then your new membership (and change in subscription price) will take over.

The minimum contract of any NUK SOO membership is one month.
