Book your Virtual Personal Training sessions with Dan Roberts here. For online/zoom coaching a maximum of 20 sessions at a time can be purchased. Virtual Training with Dan can be done at your local gym, hotel, park, beach or home – all you need is a smartphone/tablet/laptop with a good internet connection.

• Sessions last 60 minutes

• Exercise Coaching may include Cardio, Strength Training, Pilates, Yoga, Postural Awareness, Speed/Agility, Plyometrics, Martial Arts, Weapons Training, Core/Stability, Rehab, Prehab, Balance, Mobility, Flexibility and Co-ordination drills.  

• Gym membership is not necessary.

• A good Wifi connection is required

• Ongoing WhatsApp support, dietary and wellness advice included when doing 2+ sessions per week
