Within the next 90 days, you will have over 17 unique exercise circuit days and numerous self-development challenge days; you will also have assessment days to keep you accountable. You get to keep NUK SOO™ for life. Whenever you need focus and want to take your body to the next level, NUK SOO will be here! Also, as there are three difficulty levels included (as well as easier seven harder modifications of every single exercise, you can enjoy different versions of the workout so you’re never bored!
